Garlic & Broccoli Tilapia with Cheese

2 x tilapia fillets
1oz broccoli florets
2oz grated cheddar cheese
Rich Sauces Garlic, Parsley & Lemon Sauce

Place tilapia fillets on an oven dish. Sprinkle broccoli florets over the fillets, then cover with sauce. Finally, top with cheese and oven bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

Chorizo Shrimp Garlic Pasta

1 cup pasta
2oz chopped chorizo
4oz shrimp
Small bunch of baby spinach
Rich Sauces Garlic, Parsley & Lemon Sauce

Place pasta in boiling water for the instructed time. Sautee the chorizo and shrimp together for a few minutes. Add spinach, stir through for one minute, and add required amount of sauce. Simmer for one minute, then drain pasta and mix all together. Finally, top with cheese (optional)

Baked Fish Pie

6oz mixed seafood nuggets (eg. catfish, tilapia, shrimp, salmon, squid, mussels)
2oz grated cheddar cheese
4oz Rich Sauces Garlic, Parsley & Lemon Sauce
10oz mash

Mix raw seafood with sauce and cheese and place in a deep oven dish. Evenly cover with mash potatoes and bake in the oven at 350F for 45 minutes
