Creole Steak with Caramelised Red Onion

Your favourite cut of steak cut into small strips
1 cup of sliced red onion
6oz Rich Sauces Creole Sauce

Season steak as normal and seal in a heavy pan
Add the onions to the steak pan and cook for a few minutes
Finish by adding the sauce to the pan and heat through or bake in the oven for 30 mins
Serve with rice, cous cous or in a sub roll.

Cajun Chicken/Turkey Baguette

2 demi baguettes/ sub rolls
8 slices of cooked turkey or chicken
1/2 cup chopped salad
4oz Rich Sauces Creole Sauce
2oz Creamy Mayonnaise

Spread 1/2 the sauce on one side of the sub roll and 1/2 the mayonnaise on the other
Fill the roll with the turkey/chicken in the middle and chopped salad on top
Serve cold or hold the salad and heat through.

Buffalo Wings

12 wings
4oz of Rich Sauces Creole Sauce

Sauce can be added to the wings from raw and then cooked in a hot oven or just toss cooked wings in sauce and grill until warm.
