
Chilli Plum Chicken/Beef Stir Fry & Cashew Nuts
8oz chicken/beef
1/2 cup of sliced sweet peppers
1/2 sliced onion
4oz Rich Sauces Chilli Plum Sauce
1/2 cup of cashew nuts
Slice chicken/beef and cook for a few minutes in a hot wok
Add the vegetables and nuts and cook for another minute
Add the sauce and warm to finish
Serve with rice, fries or salad.
Peking Ribs
2 Racks of ribs
6oz of Rich Sauces Chilli Plum Sauce
Cut ribs between the bones and toss in the sauce
Marinate for a few hours then bake in the oven or grill
Serve with baked potato or salad.
Peking Shrimp Dip
Use hot or cold as a dip for all finger food or as a spicy cocktail sauce.
