
Baked Salmon Bearnaise
2 x 5oz salmon fillets
1oz asparagus tips
Rich Sauces Bearnaise Sauce
Place salmon fillets on an oven dish
Place asparagus tips on top of fish, then cover with sauce
Oven bake at 350F for 30 minutes
Eggs Benedict
2 eggs
1 English muffin
Bearnaise Sauce
Poach the eggs
Cut the muffin in half, then toast
Butter the muffin and top with poached egg
Spoon over Bearnaise Sauce
